Loved the FREE internet in the lobby, perfect for scrolling through cat memes. Also, the staff was so helpful with exchanging my fancy Euros into local currency. And don't get me started on the extensive menu! So many options for my sophisticated taste.

Receptionist addressed room issues promptly and relocated us to a more suitable room. Recommended tour was well-organized and informative. Rooms were spacious and within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Breakfast was decent and receptionist offered helpful travel assistance.

The value for money at Little was unbelievable - such a great deal! The room was beyond comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, with lots of cool stuff within walking distance. But the best part was definitely the staff. They even let us use the facilities after we checked out. So friendly!

Friendly staff, especially Kim. Assisted with Ha Long tour and bus tickets to Sapa. Recommended great pho place. Free luggage storage for 4 days. Allowed showers in between trips. Free tea and coffee available.

Friendly receptionist arranged Cat Ba, Halong Bay trip with pick up, 2 nights, day boat trip with kayaking, swimming. Nice, clean rooms with AC and fine breakfast. A welcoming home away from home.
